I was charged twice.
my bill is usually 58.74 but last months billing date fell on a weekend so it waited until next months billing date to take out both payments of 117.48 - which is understandable.
the bit I don't understand is why it charged me 117.48 again on the 3rd of April?
on my bill it shows that I have manually paid this but I did not do so.
I also have another 117.48 payment from sky which is currently pending - taken on the 31st of march.
I really do not understand, can someone help me regarding a refund.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your payment date falls at the weekend then it should be taken on the next working day, so anything bar a bank holiday. The only reason it would carry over to the next month is if for some reason Sky could not take the payment so is this what happened ?
