I cancelled my sky at the end of my contract. I gave my notice and agreed that our sky would be cancelled on the 29th of FEBUARY 2024.
I have just checked my bank statement and I have been charged £184 for March - April.
I have not received the boxes to send my equiptment back and I popped into a sky shop who told me I had to wait for a text from sky before they could help me.
My future bills are showing at £120 - my sky contract has been cancelled why am I still being charged ridiculous amounts of money for a service I am not using?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor the charges when you gave notice to cancel your services were you then sent an email acknowledgement regarding this because from what you have said your account might not have been closed so you do need to call Sky tomorrow about this and when you do give them the date and time you spoke to them to give the cancellation notice.
You might not have been sent packaging if they didn't close your account as usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Thank you for your reply.
I will contact sky tomorrow and provide them with the email I was sent to confirm that I have cancelled our sky.
Thank you for your quick helpful reply!
