Very important - be sure to obtain proof of posting, and I'd suggest also taking a photo of the returned items in the packaging before you seal it up.
Once you've sent them back we can ask Sky's messaging team to help with refunding the charge, unless it has, by then been passed to the Debt Collection Agency, when you'll need to deal with them.
