Charge for non return of equipment

I h w been charged for non return of broadband equipment but I have not had chance to install the new one due to illness?

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

So you need to return the old hub asap. Remember to obtain proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. Any non return fees should be reimbursed when the returned equipment has been processed.
