Changing tv package at my second home

I'd like to be able to upgrade or downgrade my tv packages, but for our second home. When I sign in, the only account is our home address. Is there a way to do this without having to phone someone?

You would need to use a different email address and setup an account for your second address:

@Bigbeames  how did you sign up at the second home online or over the phone

either way you should have a second online account that is linked to the second home so you need to login to that account to see if you can make the changes if you're can't calling sky is the next best option

@Bigbeames

I forgot to say, make sure you are logged out of your other account when doing this.
