I changed my name via deed poll last year, I sent in via the post as it stated with a cover letter at christmas and thought give it to the new year with holidays and suchlike.
my name still hasn't changed on my account and you can't change it yourself!
how do you chase it up with them because when you go through the website and click all the options it just says send proof! No address anymore! No what to do it like this happens and I don't know if they received it or not???
does anyone have a phone number to call Sky because it seems like they nolonger want to do their job and take a phone call to answer a problem! They want us to fix it for them! And when it comes to something like identity it's not something the "community " can fix! There's no details on who to contact even if it's not via deed poll and don't need proof!!

To call Sky to chase this up, if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise use this link:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.

Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.
