Changing contract owner.

My current phone contract and ipad contract are under my parents name. I am now old enough and would like to take control over the contract as i want to change phones and make my own payments etc. is this possible.

I don’t think you can do that. You definitely can't change ownership of the Sky account under whose name the contracts were taken out, and I doubt ownership of the underlying ipad and mobile contracts can be changed either.

I don’t think you can do that. You definitely can't change ownership of the Sky account under whose name the contracts were taken out, and I doubt ownership of the underlying ipad and mobile contracts can be changed either.

I concur @Mark39  especially if the devices are still being paid off 

 

even if they were paid off ownership can still not be transferred

You cannot change the name of a mobile contract.
