Changed email but SKY still sending information to old account

Hi

 

I was hoping someone could help me. I changed my email through the SKY account section several months ago but I logged into my old email address today and all emails are still going there instead of the new one. I have tried the chat bot but no help there either. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

In my Sky account my email address is actually listed twice so have you checked there isn't still an entry for your old ne still shown ?

Only my new email is showing in the Account section? Unless you can find this somewhere else?

No, I only have the nee email showing there.

I have this same problem.  Anything to do with my account such as confirmation of new deals & free cinema ticket codes are going to old address.

I have same issue. Only new email address available from the Sky account and still getting emails to old email address 2 months after changing it.

Meanwhile getting frustrated going around in circles on their help pages, with no apparent method of directly contacting anyone.

Did any of you get it fixed?
