I've been changed over £60 for a 20 minute call to the USA. I thought it was around 50p a minute so this is far too much surely? How do I get help with thus
You haven't said whether this was from a Sky mobile or from a Sky Talk landline.

Mobile tariff lists USA as £2.50 per minute.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
