Change package add glass tv

Hi, I want to change my package, I'm paying £96 for the package I want it's only £60 I want to add a glass tv  and a couple of things, I want to add an iPhone 17 pro all of this if I were a new customer would cost less than I'm paying now, how is this correct.

The £60 price could be for new customers  only so for that and your other issues you will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Because new customers are offered better prices to switch.   It's harder to attract new customers than to retain existing ones.

If you have Q currently then 'adding' glass involves switching to streaming.
