Change of address but not moving!

Very frustrating trying to get any sense out of the chat bots!!

 

I have two properties. I used to have sky products on one home but then set up broadband on my second property. I am now considering adding a tv package to my second home however the app will not let me update my address without signing up or transferring new products. 

all I want to do is change my man address but the 'moving home' options doesn't allow this as wants to transfer services!!

Yes, a 'home move' is for transferring services to a new address only.

 

You'll need to persevere in calling Sky to sort this out...
