I recently changed the email address for my Sky TV account which all works fine but I am still getting all of my Sky newsletters to my old email address. How do I change this?

If you have and it is correct then do you have access to your account old email address so that you can forward all emails from Sky to your new address ?

Yes I have checked the emails in my account. There is only my new email address listed.
I can still access my old email but I have been told it is going to be deleted soon, so forwarding is not a solution.

Anyone else have any suggestions on how I can resolve this with Sky??

I'm in exactly the same position, Virgin are going to close my email account soon and I'm receiving personalised newsletters there from Sky, but this isn't the email address on my account.

I've found it!
Go to your Sky Q box (assuming that's what you have), press the Home button and scroll down to the bottom and select My Sky. On the second line 'Manage my account', scroll across and select My Details, you'll get a blue screen with 3 boxes, the first of which is the email address which you can edit.
Goodness knows why this option is hidden away on the Sky box and not available via the Sky app or website...

Tried that and the email address on the SkyQ box is my new email address which I already changed via the website.
If I can't get this resolved soon then there'll be no point as my virgin email is being deleted within the next 2 weeks.
