I would like to amend the Sky Household email address on account. It is currently set to an old work email. I am geeting an error at the moment when I try and change this. I am trying to change it to my current Sky email address.

It can't be set to a Sky email address because if your Sky account or email address is locked (and this does happen with the later as it happened to me in the past) then the recovery/reset password has nowhere to go. You can use any other email address.
