Change DD date but payment taken today (old date)

I changed my DD date due to divorce difficulties and payment been taken today (old date) - please help!

The date doesn't change immediately - you have to do it at least 14 days before collection.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
