Hi i cant access my mobile data or bill on the sky app

On my sky app i could get onto my sky tv and broadband and my mobile bit too as ive a contract phone throught them wen my data was low i could go on the app and use the roll on data but the sky tv bit still working shows me my bill and so on but mobile one brings nothing up except link sim card and so on but my sim card is linked dont no why it wont show my bills or my data piggy bank

Fist pic my sky tv one see its normal but the other 2 pictures is the mobile one and doesnt show my data or bill

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Ok thank you so much i just like to get my data thing back on as i think im low on data but i carnt check it or anything 😪
