I need to remove my card details, but the problem is that they are linked to not only my account but also some body else's account. How can I remove them from the other account and just keep my account details active?

I don't believe you can remove them. But if you update the payment method that will become the primary source. (You'll have to log into each account to make the changes)

In that case you will have to contact whoever the account holder is and ask them to update the payment details.

If the other person is not obliging then you may have to consider changing the bank card via your bank.
