Cant view or pay bill

I can't view or pay my bill either on mysky app or on the web. I have the sky stream puck which I received and set up on Tuesday. I was able to the before the set up but haven't been able to view it since. When I go to my sky o  my TV I can see said bill. also my account says I have sky glass, I don't I only have 2 streaming pucks? any help please

Why, what is happening when you try to view your bill.

 

You shouldn't have to manually pay your bill as you should have a payment method setup like a debit or credit card or a direct debit.

I keep getting somethings gone wrong please, try again later. Its thesame whether it's on the app or on a browser- I've tried Chrome and Edge

 

I didn't opt for direct debit for bill payment, I opted for manually by debit/card.

A card payment can also be taken automatically from Sky.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
