Had an email last week sent saying as a loyal customer I can upgrade online for a discount tried the link kept getting sorry unavailable at the minute or we are busy try later so i forgot about it had another email just now clicked the link and same again can't process your request or sorry we are having technical difficulties any help can't find another way to re sign up without phoning.
