Cant pay bill till 10th

Could i have a extension on my bill as dont get paid till 10th

Hi @Mitchell7 you would have to phone Sky to discuss this as we're customers but as a general rule they don't seem to permit this. Hope you can figure it out though. 

You can use the Sky Help portal to contact Sky. If you want to speak to somebody, you can click "Need more help?" at the bottom, and within that content you will see a phone number (we can't post phone numbers in this community).

Sky have an automated billing process and we are told it can't be manually overriden.

 

If you pay by direct debit, Sky will automatically retry the payment 10 days later before services are restricted. If you pay by credit/debit card then if a payment fails Sky should contact you and ask you to make a payment, giving you a couple of days to do so before service is restricted.

 

Unfortunately once services are restricted the only way to reactivate them is by paying what is owed and then resetting up your payment method on your account ( as this is ususally automatically removed once servies are restricted).
