Cant Sign up to Sky Deal

I have been trying to sign up to Sky for a Broadband and TV deal, going for Gigafast Internet and Sky Stream Essentials package.
I currently only have Sky Mobile that im paying for at Sky.
When i get to the part to confirm i am the billpayer its asking for the first 2 digits of my direct debit account. Iv checked the account i pay my SkyMobile from and entered this and its incorrect.
I can sign up via phone but then i wont get TopCashback offer. The team on the phone didnt know why it would be showing as incorrect and suggested trying the last 2 numbers as thats what they would normally ask for, thats also incorrect.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
