Cannot speak to someone UK based who can help with reducing cost of Sky package

Hi, hwo does anyone manage to speak to a UK based person to discuss Sky package to reduce cost. Spoke to someone who had great difficulty understanding me then gave me info that wasn't correct so nearly ended up paying even more than the extorianate bill of £165 a month !!! Thanks

There is no unique number for UK call centres. All calls are forwarded to the next available agent wherever they may be based.

You can't select a UK based call adviser. All calls are routed to the next available adviser wherever,they're based.

@BB66  You need to keep trying until you get through to someone you are comfortable speaking to 

 

there is no automatic right to a uk based agent your call will be answered by the first available agent regardless of where they are based
