I recently created a new sky account as I've moved house and want to set up sky TV there. I activated my account ok and can log in, but any time I want to access my products, or add a TV package, it redirects me to this webpage:
https://www.sky.com/hub/ineligible
Is there any way to fix this? I just want to set up a TV package as I am currently sitting with no sky TV in my new home!

Find out moreYou might have gone about this the wrong way round, in that you go to the Sky website as a new customer and place your order and while you are doing this it should guide you to setup an account as a new customer So logout of that account and try it this way instead and doing so might mean you would need to setup a different account while doing this.
If you still have issues you will need to call Sky to get the order placed.

I am wanting to set up sky q for my new house I've moved into. When I go to build my TV package on the website it only lets me choose sky stream, and I really don't want that, I'd prefer sky q. Even when I go ot the sky q page it redirects me to build a package with sky stream.
Any tips on how to do this?

Thank you - I can now set up my package but it seems to only be letting me build a package for sky stream and not sky q... can sky Q not be purchased any more?

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
