I have been trying to pay an outstandin bill for over a week but I am not able to:
Can I please escalate this to a actual human / Sky expert to get this resolved?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have a payment method setup like a credit or debit card or a direct debit then you don't need to manually pay you bill but if you don't have these setup and you do need to pay it then can you do it via this link:

Thank you @caesarome I have tried that also but when I click on that link it says "this page is restricted". I cannot access most links on MySky, I never have been able to despite being a customer for nearly a year.
