Cannot pay bill on phone or MySky

I have been trying to pay an outstandin bill for over a week but I am not able to:

  • Every time I click on the "Bills & Payments Section" on MySky it says the page is restricted.
  • I have tried calling the number but each time I input my credit card or direct debit details the call hangs up.
  • The Virtual Assistan keeps suggesting pages that are not relevant to my request.

Can I please escalate this to a actual human / Sky expert to get this resolved?

If you have a payment method setup like a credit or debit card or a direct debit then you don't need to manually pay you bill but if you don't have these setup and you do need to pay it then can you do it via this link:

Thank you @caesarome I have tried that also but when I click on that link it says "this page is restricted". I cannot access most links on MySky, I never have been able to despite being a customer for nearly a year.Screenshot 2024-03-13 at 13.35.53.png

Sky are aware of these issues so can I suggest you have a read of this from a Sky Moderator from earlier this morning and reply to their post that you are still having issues:
