I have recieved a letter saying that my Sky + box will no longer recive software enhancements and because of this , being a loyal customer, they will supply me, free of charge, an upgarde to SkyQ. On phoning the phone number on the letter says that that nmumber does not access my account, please try another number. I went into my account and tries the phne number on there and got the same response. I would be most grateful if anyone has any idea what I can do. Thank you.

Personally I cannot give any advice on how to call SKY when your phone number is not recognised but I think by moving your post to the Accounts & Billing group someone here may be better able to give advce.
Regarding the letter you should be aware that, in reality, the old SKY HD boxes have not had any updates for a while and the lack of future updates is not likely to cause any problems
You may,also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
