@Rich72  If you're not the account holder or have Delegate of Authority/Power of attorney you won't be able to cancel their account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Not sure if anyone from this company reads this but that has to be the worst customer service I have ever heard.  An email from the doctor or from the social care team etc would surely surfice.  So as it stands she just keeps paying until she goes into debt and then the debt collectos will go to her care home to try and recover a value from a 83 year old lady with vascular dementia.  That is the best yet sky !!!  ridiculous.

Legally, no.  You will need that EPA/LPA etc. first.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Rich72 Just so you are aware you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other. So the answers you have been given are from other customers.

@Rich72 I would recommend you explain the circumstances to Sky's Accessibility team who may be better placed to help.
