Cancelling the Free disney as its connected to the wrong disney account

I assigned up to free disney but used an existing disney account by mistake, that wasn't my account. I wanted to sign up with a new account using the email I have setup with sky. I contacted Sky and they cancelled it, I could see in the disney account that it was removed the sky subscription.

 

But the issue I had was it got stuck in pending cancelled, so I was unable to sign up again as, although it had a date in the past as subscription cancelled it still was thinking there was a subscription.

 

After hours on the online chat and on the phone over a space of a week, they raised a "CR" (i think it was called) to get it sorted. Finally the subscription was cancelled and I could sign up again.

 

BUT as soon as I clicked to sign up or whatever it said, activate maybe, it automatically linked back up to that incorrect disney account!!

 

Please help, what so I need to do or say to get this resolved?
