Cancelling sky

I cancelled sky but they still have on my account I owe them €200 which I cancelled before my billing date last year why are they still trying to charge me

What and how did you cancel? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

I went on a live chat cancelled it and now they are trying to charge me for a month I didn't have sky and are now upping the cost for late fees

Not what you want to hear but it sounds like your cancellation wasn't successful. That's why Sky have added late payment fees.
