Cancelling Sky Ireland Packagesfrom Overseas

I'm staying overseas for an extended period and so I wanted to cancel some packages to reduce the monthly debit. I cannot call on the 0810 number from overseas ,  I havent found a number to call from overseas, the Bot conversation goes nowhere - in fact it manages to conclude that I am happy with my package from a request to cancel, then says a human will contact you, but no one does. I have also tried contacting by sms and Whats App with similar result to using the online bot. The only remaining option seems to be to write by snailmail !!

Any suggestions ?

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).

If you successfully cancel you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky.

If you are cancelling Sky Q, return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period. Obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.
