@Dave8011  Did you sign up to sky glass on finance? If yes you probably have failed the secondary fuller credit check

@Dave8011  The only reason an account is automatically cancelled is if a customer fails to make a payment for 56 days from the date of the first unpaid bill 

 

so does this apply in this case?

Sky Glass or Sky Mobile because if you haven't past the credit check then the order will be automatically cancelled.

I cancelled my sky account and contract. I am sending the boxes back and have paid my current bill. My sky will be cancelled fully 14th October. I pay my bill 26th every month. Why does it say on my future bills I will still be paying for my Tv and Broadband?? I shouldn't have to pay anything October right?

Because you're still in your notice period, when Sky billing continues as normal.

Your 26/10 bill will actually be generated 14 days before that ~ when your still a customer. You will be refunded the overpayment.
