Cancelled the contract a year a go and have a credit to be refund.

Cancelled the contract a year a go and have a credit to be refund, but I move house and now sky saying will send a check to my address, but I don't have access to the address anymore.

We can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

 

This will mean your payment method being reinstated so the credit can be refunded to it. This is the reason this email has been sent as there is no payment method in place.
