Cancelled sky contract but not received the credit back on my account

I cancelled my sky contract in March but I have not received the credit that was left on my account.

If you contact Sky, they'll manually refund it to your bank (providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit).

Thanks for your reply.  Just checked the direct debit has been cancelled now.

That may be why you haven't received a refund. With no direct debit Sky will have to raise a cheque which is likely to take a month of Sundays to arrive.

 

You could reinstate your direct debit and then call. Providing a cheque refund isn't already in progress, Sky might then be able to process a refund for you.
