We cancelled sky broadband and service was disconnected at midnight 23rd August but payment has been taken today for the period 25th August to 24th September??????

Find out more@Richardt23t Thats correct, you are billed as normal right upto the day your service is cancelled, the bill for the 25th August to 24th September will have been produced on the 10th August. You will receive a refund for the overpayment, it can take 6 weeks for the automated service to issue the refund or alternatively once it shows as a credit on your account if you post back here we can alert the community messaging team who can assit with getting it actioned earlier(3-5 working days).
