Cancelled sky TV but Netflix still billed via sky?
Cancelled my sky TV package but my Netflix account is still being showed as 'billed via sky'. I've been passed from pillar to post, back and forth between sky and Netflix, saying there's nothing either of them can do to correct this. My Netflix account did not revert to direct billing like the guidance states it would. Please advise if this has happened to anyone else.

Re: Cancelled sky TV but Netflix still billed via sky?
Hi,
I am in the sane position, my Sky has been cancelled since May and still says billed through Sky. I recently changed mobile phone providers and get Netflix through them but am unable to add it as Sky have not ended it. Seems strange that they haven't unlinked it. I assume it is definitely a Sky issue as they would be in the position to notify Netflix when billing ends with Sky.
Anyone manage to get this resolved?
