Cancelled service Bill due but sky wont speak until paid

i sent the below email to sky as i couldnt speak to anyone until bill was settled and have had no reply... any ideas what i should do next? TIA

I have received a letter regarding outstanding payment overdue, for which I cancelled several weeks ago and received a confirmation letter following my dads death (24-01-24_.

 

I have been going round in circles on your website as it seems almost impossible to do anything until this bill is paid!

 

My dad was a Diamond VIP member from the very year you started operating in the UK and find this way of being treated is quite despicable.
