I cancelled my contract in February for a change over to my new broadband on March 27th. I am being billed for Aprils bill (£40, normal price) but sky confirmed that my contact ended 27th March and zero termination fees applied. Any advice? TIA

billing is generated 14 days before payment due date so may been done whilst you were still in contract if that's the case it needs paying as normal with the corresponding credit applied next month

Hi, notice was given on 20th Feb and normal payment date is 1st of each month. Was a rolling contact at the time of cancelling. Hope this helps.

After the notice period has finished you may see a credit showing on your account. Any overpayment could take up to 6 weeks to be refunded providing your payment method is still live.
