Hi, I Cancelled account, no services since the 8th March, equipment sent back and sky have recieved but still been billed for another month. Why is this? How do I get a refund?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow did you cancel and did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation? Billing does continue during the notice period. Is your next bill showing your account to be in credit?
