Cancelled broadband but still owed money to me
I cancelled my sky broadband on the 18th June, yet payment still took on the 27th June. So they now own me over £70 and just keeps saying will be took if next bill. I will not be having a next bill, thought it would of been transferred to my account at least by the 27th July, but sadly not. How do I resolve this? Thanks Tracy (wish sky would at least spell my name right as well)

The bill taken on the 27th was actually produced 14 days earlier before your cancellation.
Refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.
We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for 2-3 weeks. You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid reponses.
