Broadband removed 16 January 2023 but still being charged January, February, March is this normal.

i don't believe FTTP counts as a 'line takeover' that would automatically cancel.

Sky were fully aware and emailed me this week thanking me for sending the router back and they stopped charged March quite sometime after removal.

FTTP from an ISP using Openreach should come under the current 'one-stop' scheme. Altnet FTTP (and Virgin cable) is due to be incorporated later this year, although there's some question whether all will meet the deadline.
