Cancelled account - now received email saying I will be charged if I don't complete payment method
I cancelled my Sky Broadband at the start of the month. Three days ago I cancelled my direct debit.
I've just received an email from Sky telling me I need to set up another payment method or I will be charged extra.
I don't really want to have to call the cancellations department again as they are rude and dismissive of my concerns.
Is there any way Sky can simply take care of this without me having to do anything else?

Re: Cancelled account - now received email saying I will be charged if I don't complete payment meth
You have no doubt cancelled your payment method too quickley and there's another payment due so you need to reinstate your payments.

@MrAnon do what the email asks. Chances are you'll have another bill to pay, as you're billed as normal during your notice period. The bill may include a period after your sevices end, but Sky will refund you any overpayment. Perverse as it sounds, Sky will likely pursue you if the bill isn't paid, even though you've cancelled.
