Cancelled Sky in April both on phone and online? Yet still being billed?

Cancelled Sky in April both over the phone  and online? Yet still have been charged since then currently with a new supplier full fibre which you couldn't provide me in my area??? Please stop charging me and billing me for services not used since April as agreed. I don't need unnecessary bills due to lack of competence. If I am required to return equipment need address and details to do so. Many thanks Fred Tadman

You are only talking to other Sky customers here so when you cancelled back in April did you get an email confirmation of this ?

 

Is the charge you are seeing on your account for not returning equipment as you should have done this by now so as it appears you haven't then this link will help you to do this and to generate a return label to print and use:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
