Cancelled July ‘23 but still being charged each month!
Our account was cancelled over the phone in July 2023... the payment reduced but has been taken monthly since then, from my Dads bank account... the total amount due back from Sky is now €1,120!!!
The password was set up by my Mum (deceased) many years ago so it is unknown to myself or my Dad unfortunately.
please help get there funded back to my 84yo Dad.

Whoever is the accountholder will need to speak to Sky, I'm afraid. It appears that one or more services haven't been cancelled.
