Cancellation

I cancelled broadband 2 months ago but Sky have still been billing me. I was told a week ago that this was sorted and I would be getting a refund. As yet, nothing has appeared. When will this refund appear?

Do you see a credit now on your account and if it now showing as being cancelled ?

It's showing as cancelled but no refund is showing
