Cancellation of service

Hi. I cancel my broadband 05th February. On my account showing 16£ in credit. Does it mean I have to pay this amount or they have to give it back to me?

So, cancelling on the 5th and giving 14 days notice I presume your Broadband and Talk was disconnected yesterday?

If your account is showing in credit then that is what is owed to you. But as @Daniel0210 has said was it yesterday that your account was closed ?

I cancelled earlier but 5th February it was the last day.

Total bill statement for cancellation 5Feb-24Feb     -£16.77

balance Credit £16.77

that is on my latest bill as it doesn't show anything on my account anymore

To get you some help with getting the credit refunded to you I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
