Can you tell me why I've been billed this month when I've cancelled everything

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBilling doesn't stop due to you giving notice as it continues as normal so if you now have a credit on your account and you have left Sky then we can arrange help for you via here with regards to getting the credit refunded to you.
