Can you tell me why I've been billed this month when I've cancelled everything

Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so that might explain it. What service did you cancel? How did you do it and did you receive an email from Sky confirming it?

Billing doesn't stop due to you giving notice as it continues as normal so if you now have a credit on your account and you have left Sky then we can arrange help for you via here with regards to getting the credit refunded to you.
