As customers here we can not provide you with a number so do you pay Sky or TNT themselves because whatever it is will be who you will have to cancel either.
If it is Sky you might be able to do this online here:

If not you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
