Cancel sky sports

Can't get any live sports on sky sports.
I have just signed up for TNT as this seems to be  the only app that offers live sports that you can watch so now

please cancel sky sports off my subscription.

You can't cancel via here as we are customers like you.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
