Can you contact customer service by email or live chat?

I think it is unfair that Sky do not have an email for contact customer services after all it is 2025 emails have been around for a long time so i think it is about time that Sky got with it and get an email address for there customer to make contact by way of an email address for there customer services .

There used to be a time where there was one email address you could use to contact Sky on by but Sky closed it down as it was taking them up to a month to reply to emails sent due to the sheer volume of them that they received.

@john600253 pretty sure it's a deliberate policy to avoid using email as a contact option, rather than a matter of Sky of Sky 'getting with it'.

And there's always the problem of confirming your identity as being the account holder via email.
