Can't view my details, products or bill
I am able to log into Sky and get as far as the page with links to my bill (I can even see how much it is) but I am unable to get any further. If I click on view my bill, or my products or my details , I get ' Oooops something has gone wrong try again later.' This has been going on for months. I am unable to manage anything. Can anyone help? Sky's rubbish automated help can't even figure out what I'm asking.

Hi @AR25 I would try clearing your cache and cookies and perhaps a different web browser.

One thing to try if you can and that is to try linking your account:

Thank you I clicked your link and began to follow the instructions but when I clicked the link on that page, I got the same 'Something went wrong' again. I think I've found a phone number that leads to an actual person so I will phone them tomorrow. Grateful for your time and trouble 🙂

Is this through the my sky app, if so uninstall it and then reinstall it to see if that works

@AR25 that error is indeed frequently caused by a caching problem as @MightyQuinn posted. Just a thought - did you check that you had closed all sky.com websites before clearing your cache? If there's one open, the cache won't be cleared.

Thank you. I have done this now and tried again but it hasn't made any difference. I have AVG cleaner which regularly clears all this anyway so I didn't think it could be full but I tried the ctl shift del way of doing it too; sadly to no avail. I will have to phone them.

Yes I would be happy to do that as long as it's a real person because the chatbot wasn't any use. I was at one tme able to access everything which is why I don't understand why I can do it no longer. Many thanks

Thank you. It's the same on my laptop and on the app so I think it must be some quite fundamental . I'll speak with them tomorrow .

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
