To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Spoke with @Bethcx and there's no products ordered or account to check out, customer needs to order using https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile when signed out of a sky id, any issues try ordering using an alternative email address or contact sales who can create an account and order the required device(s) and plan(s)
