Can’t see future bills anymore

I upgraded my Sky Stream package via the contact centre yesterday (moved from 30 day rolling to 18 month contract). 

Ever since I did this change, I can no longer see future bills on the app or the website. On the app the blue circle just spins, and if I try view on the website I keep getting sight of Martin Freeman's face alongside the "oops" error message.

 

How do I get this working again?

We can't get you any help via the Messaging team on here until Wednesday so in the meantime you only option is to call Sky to see if they can help.

So I rang customer services and apparently there is a known issue with accessing bills online and via the app - with no date known of when this will be fixed. "Keep trying" was the advice.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Don't want to doubt the advice, just seems a bit odd this started at the same time I made a change to my account.

Yeah can do - I just find it odd that if it was a known issue, why aren't more people posting about it?

 

Not a show stopper by any stretch of the imagination - just annoying I can't see something that I could do prior to changing package!

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Update - Spoken to @PTC83 we found that online was working fine. just the app having issues. 

There is a collection of customers experiencing this issue with the app and it is in the testing phases of the resolution which is why no fix date for the app problem 🙂

Have you recently made a change to your package? That was the issue I had - corrected itself after about two weeks

Yes the future bills is no longer visible on my app. I'm nearing the end of my contract and wanted to find out the price increases
